That is actually inside the plaza which is a great location, and in the room the little table for the bed was awesome, also has an Oxxo literally aside

I took advantage of the Early Check-In and Late Check-out. The hotel is connected to the mall. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works amazing. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily which means, I have fresh towels daily. I don’t mind reusing towels but since COVID, I prefer fresh towels daily while in a hotel. Right outside is an Oxxo, and BBVA ATMs. The lobby door leads into the mall so many options for food and entertainment.

Location!!! Being in the mall was convenient and fun! And the continental breakfast was amazing!

Great location. Also, all employees in the front office where really nice and helpful. Specially Carlos, who was very friendly and accommodating to my circumstances! I wish I knew the name of the other guy and the girl but they were all amazing.

The location. The hotel is on top of a very nice shopping mall, where you can find many department stores and is full of places to have amazing food.

I was having surgery at Hospital Faro del Mayab, so the location was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms were small, basic - but everything I needed. I very much liked the handicap handles that were installed in the bathroom.
