Ibis Styles Merida Galerias

I took advantage of the Early Check-In and Late Check-out. The hotel is connected to the mall. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works amazing. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily which means, I have fresh towels daily. I don’t mind reusing towels but since COVID, I prefer fresh towels daily while in a hotel. Right outside is an Oxxo, and BBVA ATMs. The lobby door leads into the mall so many options for food and entertainment.

Great location. Also, all employees in the front office where really nice and helpful. Specially Carlos, who was very friendly and accommodating to my circumstances! I wish I knew the name of the other guy and the girl but they were all amazing.

Modern, daily breakfast had long hours so you could sleep in and still get all the selections.

I was having surgery at Hospital Faro del Mayab, so the location was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms were small, basic - but everything I needed. I very much liked the handicap handles that were installed in the bathroom.

The ammenties the room was comfortable the restroom and showers are nicely clean great running hot and cold water nice bed television Lobby free morning breakfast is excellent all you can eat 😄..
